Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Advisors for an on-site role in Braga.
In this position, you will support a financial application, helping customers manage their savings goals while providing guidance on available solutions within the energy sector. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience through both support and advisory interactions.
Your Role
- Support customers via inbound and outbound calls, assisting with questions related to their savings goals
- Provide clear and professional guidance on available services and solutions
- Present and promote alternative contract options using upselling techniques aligned with customer needs
- Deliver accurate, complete, and relevant information using internal tools and processes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Follow internal procedures and maintain quality standards in all communications
Your Qualifications
- French at C2 level, spoken and written
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle both support and sales-oriented conversations
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
