Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Advisors for an on-site role in Braga.

In this position, you will support a financial application, helping customers manage their savings goals while providing guidance on available solutions within the energy sector. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience through both support and advisory interactions.


Your Role

  • Support customers via inbound and outbound calls, assisting with questions related to their savings goals
  • Provide clear and professional guidance on available services and solutions
  • Present and promote alternative contract options using upselling techniques aligned with customer needs
  • Deliver accurate, complete, and relevant information using internal tools and processes
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Follow internal procedures and maintain quality standards in all communications

Your Qualifications

  • French at C2 level, spoken and written
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle both support and sales-oriented conversations
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
