Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site project in Douro.
In this role, you will provide professional support to customers, handling inquiries, requests, and operational tasks. You will ensure high-quality service, resolving issues efficiently while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Your Role
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and operational requests
- Escalate complex cases when necessary while maintaining professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer experience
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses
Your Qualifications
- Fluent French (C1/C2), both written and spoken
- Good English skills (B2) for internal communication
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries
- Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
