Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site project in Douro.

In this role, you will provide professional support to customers, handling inquiries, requests, and operational tasks. You will ensure high-quality service, resolving issues efficiently while contributing to a positive customer experience.


Your Role

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, and operational requests
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary while maintaining professionalism
  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer experience
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent French (C1/C2), both written and spoken
  • Good English skills (B2) for internal communication
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is a plus
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
