Workster is partnering with a leading company to find a French-speaking Recruiter to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
Your Role:
- Implement and Administer Recruitment Programs: Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Resume Management: Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, ensuring thorough background and reference checks are conducted.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial screening interviews via telephone or face-to-face with prospective applicants.
- Candidate Assessment: Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and collaborate to offer competitive compensation packages.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various resources such as the internet, community organizations, print media, and networks to source qualified candidates.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and concise records and reports are maintained throughout the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Compliance: Uphold consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
- Job Knowledge: Develop and apply an in-depth understanding of job specifications, including experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
- Promote Company Image: Represent the company accurately and appropriately to all candidates, driving the highest standards of ethical behavior in the recruiting process.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a similar role, preferably within a service environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal; excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Professionalism: Self-starter with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
