Your Role

  • Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks.
  • Stay up to date on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.

Qualifications for German Digital Trust and Safety Jobs in Sofia

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (C1).
  • B2 or higher English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and the culture of the market or markets you are serving.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to defend decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
  • Ability to identify behavioral patterns that can support improved decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage shifting priorities and high volumes of work.
