Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a rent-a-car project, fully remote in Portugal.

In this role, you will assist customers with car rental reservations, potential cancellations, and billing or payment issues. You will support customers across multiple channels and ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience while representing the client’s brand.

This is a full-time remote position anywhere in Portugal, allowing you to work from home while contributing to an international customer support team.


Your Role

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms
  • Assist customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues
  • Answer questions about rental options and provide detailed information to meet customer needs
  • Gather and input customer information accurately into the system
  • Process and respond to contact requests promptly, maintaining professionalism and brand standards
  • Ensure high-quality support and contribute to positive customer experiences

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1-C2)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, professional, and empathetic
  • Comfortable managing multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is preferred
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
