Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisors for an international logistics support project based in Bulgaria.
This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving and delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will help customers with package tracking, delivery inquiries, and logistics-related requests while working in a dynamic international environment. The position follows a hybrid working model, with one week per month in the office in Sofia and the remaining time working remotely.
Your Role
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English
- Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and logistics-related inquiries
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues while coordinating with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach
- Stay up to date with products, services, and internal procedures
- Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain high service quality while meeting operational and performance targets
Your Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in German (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2 or above)
- Previous experience in customer support (experience in logistics or delivery support is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
