Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a digital advertising support project in Lisbon.
In this role, you will provide B2B support to small and medium-sized advertisers, helping customers optimize their campaigns on social media platforms. You will resolve technical issues, guide clients on using advertising tools, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while supporting the growth of their business .
Your Role
- Support advertisers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone
- Convert most email and chat cases into outbound calls to provide personalized, white-glove support
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and using platform features effectively
- Identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients
- Manage multiple tools simultaneously and perform multitasking efficiently
- Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
- Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms
- Ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or digital advertising support is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
The Offer
- Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
- Rotational shifts, 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 06:00 – 00:00 CEST, including weekends and Portuguese public holidays; compensatory days provided if working on holidays
- Paid training period of 15 working days, 8 hours/day, covering system usage, product knowledge, and customer handling
