Workster is partnering with a leading global technology company to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Support Specialist for the Italian Market. Your Role:
- Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online orders.
- Manage the full order process, from induction to delivery, ensuring any issues (e.g., product changes, RMAs) are swiftly addressed.
- Liaise with internal partners to resolve issues, aiming to keep the customer out of the loop for complex problems.
- Perform investigations and take decisions that impact customer and partner relationships.
- Communicate resolution updates to customers via phone and email to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Record all actions in SAP with a high degree of accuracy and detail, adhering to company protocols.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering high customer satisfaction and supporting the overall order fulfillment process.
Your Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 or C1 level) and proficient in English (B2).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a back-office environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding customer-focused solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Flexible availability to manage order volumes, which may include occasional overtime.
- Must be based in Portugal with eligibility to work and access to a stable internet connection for remote work.
