Workster is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in Italy.

In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones. You will guide customers through troubleshooting, product usage, and problem resolution while ensuring an excellent overall experience. Your Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones.
  • Assist customers with setup, functionality, and maintenance guidance.
  • Educate users on features, firmware updates, and common usage issues.
  • Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical problems.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Italian (C1 level)
  • Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
  • Previous experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
  • Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus
