Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Romanian-speaking Content Reviewers for an international digital advertising project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring that online content complies with advertising policies while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Your Role

  • Review online content, websites, images, videos, and text-based material according to platform policies
  • Evaluate digital advertising and web content to ensure compliance with established guidelines
  • Identify content that violates advertising or community standards and apply the appropriate actions
  • Accurately classify and document review decisions using internal tools
  • Escalate policy violations when required
  • Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and attention to detail
  • Balance daily priorities while meeting performance targets and service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in regular quality and policy update sessions

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Romanian
  • Good command of English
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive online content
  • Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed policies
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems
  • Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is an advantage but not required
