Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit a Sales Development Representative for a technology project in Spain. Your Role
- Be the first point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and building lasting relationships.
- Cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to meet SMB customer needs.
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
- Collect and share feedback from customers as the “Voice of the Customer.”
Your Qualifications
- Bilingual or proficient in Flemish plus fluent in English.
- 1–2 years’ experience in IT sales, account management, or customer management with a proven record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
It would be a plus if you:
- Have experience working with or selling cloud solutions such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365.
- Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (Azure, Modern Workplace, BizApps).
