Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Sales Development Specialists for an exciting B2B sales project in Bulgaria.

You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and driving business growth while working in a fully remote environment.
Your Role
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and other inbound leads
- Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and introduce relevant solutions
- Provide accurate product and service information while building strong customer relationships
- Promote product adoption and help customers maximize the value of available solutions
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales performance
- Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering a consultative sales approach
Your Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Polish
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (2–3 years preferred)
- Proven success in achieving individual or team sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
