Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Shufflers for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will be responsible for shuffling cards for a live casino game. No prior experience is required as you will receive fully paid training. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts with a dynamic work schedule, ideal for students or those looking for flexibility.

Your Role

  • Shuffle cards for the Blackjack (BJ) game in a live casino environment
  • Ensure the smooth flow of the game and provide high-quality card shuffling without interruption
  • Operate live casino studio equipment to maintain professional standards
  • Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the entire shift
  • No direct customer communication or language requirements, but high attention to game quality
  • Work as part of a team to ensure an enjoyable and seamless live casino experience

Your Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Fluent in English (basic communication for work-related tasks)
  • Comfortable working in a live casino environment under minimal supervision
  • Ability to focus for long periods and maintain accuracy
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to adapt to shift work, including weekends and holidays
  • Multitasking skills and familiarity with basic computer tools
