Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts for one of the world’s leading entertainment and streaming platforms.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account management, billing enquiries, technical issues, and questions about products and features. This is a remote position within mainland Portugal, with occasional attendance at a Lisbon hub potentially required for training, technical setup, or operational needs.

Your Role

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support
  • Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features
  • Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interaction
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach
  • Work within a multicultural and collaborative customer support environment
  • Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Your Qualifications

  • Full professional fluency in Castilian Spanish
  • Full professional fluency in Catalan
  • English at B1 level or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable assisting customers with technical troubleshooting
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
  • Currently based in mainland Portugal or willing to relocate

The Offer

  • Remote work from mainland Portugal
  • Full-time position of 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts with an additional lunch break
  • 24/7 rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday
  • Approximately 2 weeks of comprehensive initial training, delivered in English
  • Training covering systems, products, services, customer management, and on-the-job activities
