Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a presales support project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide professional presales support for drone products, assisting potential and existing customers with inquiries about product features, purchases, and orders. You will ensure a positive customer experience by offering guidance, managing questions efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes .


Your Role

  • Provide multilingual presales consultation via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with product inquiries, purchase recommendations, and order-related questions, including invoices, stock checking, and shipping status
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically, enhancing the user experience
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to optimize products and service processes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism throughout all customer interactions

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1-C2); good English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and proactive
  • Comfortable providing technical guidance and presales support
  • Previous experience in customer service or presales roles is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset

The Offer

  • Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
  • Rotational shifts, 40 hours/week with 8-hour days and 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00
  • Paid training for 15 working days (8 hours/day) covering system use, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills
  • Accommodation support available for candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon for the first 14 months
