Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Support Specialists for an online order support project in Portugal.
In this role, you will support customers throughout their full order journey, helping with delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound and outbound calls, and order information review.
Your Role
- Support customers with online orders throughout the full journey
- Handle delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, refunds, payment transactions, and order-related requests
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and review order information
- Work with customers, carriers/couriers, financial institutions, other customer service representatives, and internal departments
- Handle sensitive customer and client information while following PCI and GDPR policies
- Recognize and analyze complex problems quickly and escalate cases when needed
- Use the Knowledge Base to support problem-solving and case handling
- Contribute to team goals and maintain high customer service standards
Your Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Turkish
- English proficiency, both written and spoken, at B2 level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with sensitive and classified information
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
- Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Interest in individual and team KPIs
- Knowledge of SAP and back-office work is an advantage
- Flexibility to work overtime occasionally, depending on order volume
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
The Offer
- One-month trial period after contract signature
- Training period of 15 to 20 working days, conducted in English
- Training schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, including holidays
- Training on computer software, products and services, customer management, and on-the-job activities
- Home office activity with basic technical equipment provided: PC, screen, keyboard, and mouse
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with an additional lunch break
- Rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, between 07:00 and 24:00
- Portuguese public holidays and vacation entitlement according to Portuguese employment rules
- Health insurance from day one of the employment contract
