Workster is partnering with a leading hospitality group to recruit Guest Experience Specialists for a unique opportunity in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Your Role

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general guest inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transport options, restaurants, and activities in Lucerne
  • Handle guest requests efficiently and ensure a smooth experience throughout their stay
  • Support daily front office and guest service operations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Resolve guest concerns in a calm, professional, and solution-focused manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and follow internal procedures
  • Contribute to a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for guests and colleagues

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guest relations is an advantage
  • Fluent German and good English communication skills
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus
  • Friendly, positive, and guest-focused personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy service environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
